Yeshasvini Ramaswamy is recognised as one of India’s leading serial entrepreneurs. She combines deep expertise in organisational behaviour, analytics, and investment management to bring analytical rigour to business transformation projects. She has led numerous projects for Fortune 100 companies and has incubated more than 40 start-ups with a combined turnover of $27million. She represented India in the Fortune Most Powerful Women program and received the Times Power Women Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

She is also passionate about giving back to communities and is actively involved in fund raising and the global advisory boards of high-impact NGOs in the areas of rural entrepreneurship, education and health.

In 2018, Ms Ramaswamy founded Culturelytics Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore and London, which uses AI-powered analytics to provide leaders with the data-based culture intelligence they need to transform organisational culture for business success.

She was appointed as CEO of Great Place to Work® India on July 15, 2021.

She is a recognised keynote speaker and global thought-leader on Unconscious Bias, helping organizations create more inspired and productive workforces.

Among other accomplishments, Smita has been honoured with the Global Diversity Leadership Award from World HRD Congress, has been a TEDx speaker, and has served as an Advisory Board Member for School of Leadership Excellence. He is an energetic and inclusive people leader with a flair for building diverse, purpose-driven, high-performance teams and next-generation leaders. He is also highly effective at building and maintaining global stakeholder relationships.

Combining a sharp entrepreneurial mindset with a decade of experience in finance and law, Deepak leads our business transformation and HR strategy projects. He also serves as a Partner in our sister company, e2e People Practices, a boutique HR consulting firm.

Deepak is committed to helping individuals and organisations learn, grow and succeed. He has received multiple awards for his work in sales and training in high growth environments. He creates numerous bespoke leadership development programs for C-Suite leaders. At the Jain Group of Institutions, he helped launch India’s first Global MBA program in Entrepreneurship. And as a pioneer in Learning and Organizational Development, he co-created ELSA (e2e Learning Station for All), which uses data analytics to turn learning programs into real behaviour change.

Rimel is an experienced marketing professional with a passion for building successful client relationships. He has worked with and across sales teams, building long-term relationships with a wide range of corporate clients in India and internationally. He has particular expertise in the financial services sector, having worked for Marsh Insurance Brokers and JP Morgan Chase Banks. He helps organisations build and execute targeted marketing strategies, creating win-win client partnerships and ensuring superior customer service throughout. Rimel holds a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) from CMR University, CMR School of Management, Bangalore.

Following a career with The Coca-Cola Company, she has served corporate clients in the consumer goods, energy and tourism sectors, as well as non-profits and intergovernmental organisations, including the Red Cross/Red Crescent and the United Nations. She is also passionate about culture and business and authored a joint report on ‘Doing Business in a Multicultural World’ by the UN Global Compact and UN Alliance of Civilizations.
